Work Philosophy

My work philosophy is a set of values, attitudes and beliefs that define the way I work:

• I value honesty and transparency about issues, they should be dealt with before they become a real problem.
• I don’t see the point in management who simply make people feel stupid and useless in their jobs. If you truly believe they are stupid and useless people, fire them. If you just want to treat them that way, fire yourself. Whether it’s true or not, people who feel like they are stupid and useless do not perform well at work under any circumstance.
• I believe I can do anything I want to. I don’t set limits for myself and only say that things I can’t do are things  I haven’t yet learnt.
